I want him to be more consistent. Averages are nice, but when you don't know whether he is going to throw up 2 points or 18 points from night to night, it can be really hard on a team to count on him.
I want him to rotate better, and remember to box his man out, rather than constantly getting caught in no-mans land defensively.
I want him to hit the boards consistently, like he has done for stretches (often coinciding with nights where his shot is falling).
He doesn't need to be a 20 point per game scorer, or a shutdown defender. But if he can give something that you can count on, night in and night out, it would go a long way to helping this team get better.
