Bass, Green, Sully, Le for Howard and Jamison.

This trade gives the Lakers plenty of depth 2-4.  Lee and Artest would be bench players for them.  it allows them to play Gasol at Center.

For Boston, you still have:

Rondo
Bradley   Terry
Pierce
Garnett   Jamison
Howard

Thats not a bad top 7 and its a dynamite defensive starting 5.

I don't see LA doing that simply because even though it gives them depth, it puts them in the land of mediocrity for the next 3 years.  those guys won't be enough to get LA into contention even with Kobe, Nash and Gasol.

Boston would still be a 1st round out after this deal.  Based on JET, PP and KG's current scoring woes and the fact DH is still relatively offensively challenged, the new lineup won't score very much.   C's would now really have a problem with depth as well

With nearly  1/2 of the season still to go...umless there is a dramtic change ....Howard will likey probally get ALOT more frustrated .  The players willget more irritated with their situation and feelings will get hurt.

Howard may very well walk after the season...  unless everything is done to appease him...we all knew that KOBE 's ego is too big to share with another star THAT big who craves all the attention bad as Howard does.

Nothing less than physical confrontation with coach/player will have LA trading Howard.  They spend like 3 years lying , cheating , schemeing , plundering , ect to get him. So they aren't letting him go anytime soon.

I don't think there is really any chance the Lakers do that.  If they put Howard on the market, someone will offer a much more intriguing package that will include probably better players, and definitely better contracts.

Moe Harkless, Nikola Vučević, Al Harrington, Arron Afflalo, Josh McRoberts, Christian Eyenga, and a few draft picks.

That's what the magic received for Dwight.  So at this point I'm not buying that the Celtics don't have enough assets to trade for Howard, I'm stuck on the fact that I'm not sure I want to lose all of our pieces to have him here for half of a season.

The problem is the lakers are rumored to be unwilling to take on additional years and money for Gasol. Not sure why this would be different for Dwight. Since we essentially have no expirings I'm not sure we could work something out.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

If it was Bass,Terry,Green,Lee I would do it! 3 of those guys aren't doing it for us anyways. So worse case scenario Dwight walks after half a season & we are freed if bad contracts. I'm fine with trying to become great than just being mediocre after this year is done. Also if Dwight walks we will be a bad team & a lottery team that can maybe net our next franchise player.

Yes.

I just don't think there is a realistic way for it to happen.
