this team is like a sick and dying sheep who has broken bones, and just gave birth... you know what you do in that situation...

The problem IMHO is the team's lack of effort, lack of mental focus and lack of heart. No amount of changing the personnel will change this if the running team perspective is still the same.

Are they tuning out Doc? Why have they become too complacent and/or lazy? What gives?

Or are they just a bunch of wannabee Celtics who think that wearing the Celtic jersey already makes them cool?

Peavey Bass Player - relearning to play after 10 years sucks;

Paul Pierce not playing as awful as he has played the past 4 games will fix this team.

He is playing historically bad basketball right now.

It would be cool if the coaches/Rondo could identify that he's struggling and not continue to run every half court possession through him.

On point. It's time for someone to step up and score.

Jet really needs to play Dallas Jet style basketball. Screw the system for a minute, he needs to be a bit more selfish with the basketball and get in rhythm offensively. Same goes for Green and Bradley to some extent. The need to chuck shots.

Trading some old guys and some young guys to get some talent would fix this team.

I don't think there is a fix. I just want Danny to cover the cracks as well as he can.

I would've loved to have seen him sign Chris Andersen and Kenyon Martin to give the team some interior defense off the bench.

Edit: Sorry, that might be a bit unclear, by that I mean to say that I don't think there is going to be a way for Danny to make the team a favourite for the title. They'll always be a second tier title contender due to the aged performances of Pierce + Garnett and the lack of star talent behind them and Rondo. So just cover up the cracks as well as Danny can and go forward with that.
