Avery Bradley needs to get shots. Period. The kid's shot selection is pretty good, I think Doc needs to put more faith in this kid. He plays hard every game and has a solid offensive game which we don't utilize. PP and KG are NOT carrying this team because they are old, and Rondo isn't because....we'll you got me.

Free Avery. Let the kid create his own shot, and take it to the RIM!!!!!

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
This is on par with what Kenny Smith said last night on Inside The NBA.

(Im para-phrasing here of course)
Average players play within the system, good players sometimes tend to play out of it if they know they have an advantage on match-ups and/or they know they can contribute more.

I think this is up to Avery. I understand that he's playing within the system but he's gotta be a bit selfish at times if he knows he has an advantage. Great players do that. Superstars do that. He should take shots even if the play is not designed for him if he's confident (and open) enough to take it. If he thinks he has an advantage over a match-up he should not hesitate to take his man on.

Same goes to Jet. Jet is a a scorer. I understand the importance of team play but once in a while, if you have an advantage, take it.

Avery has got to start working a few dribble drives into his arsenal.

On point again, Who.

He has to go outside of the supposed play once in a while and start taking his man off the dribble. His quick enough to do a quick first step and athletic enough to get in the air for a layup. It's all up to him really. If he continues to be a system player, well he's just going to defend tremendously, cut into lanes and shoot corner threes. He has to have a scorers mentality once in a while.
