I like it.
Then look to move Bass for a SF.
Or maybe the following three team trade.
http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=azm3sec
Me like.
If Denver would do that, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

With Chandler back, they might want to move one of those two. A jumpshooting PF would be an interesting add to that mix.

If we're sharing outlandish trades here is mine http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=aspsneb I think LA is the least likely to do it. However, they do seem committed to going with D'Antoni's system and Bargnani could not be a better fit. What do you guys think?

I'm meh either way. I just don't know if I can take another "big" man that can't rebound.

When I started this post I was the first pass. Slow typer I guess. I think Green is a much better player than he's being given credit for. I don't want to take on a bigger contract for a player who can't rebound and doesn't like contact. We have one of those in Green. The difference is that Green is more athletic, is on a smaller contract and already knows a lot of our system. Oh and Bargs is playing pretty badly this season. 40% FG and 16pts on 15 shots. Add in he can't play a lick of defense and I'm passing. I'd trade Green, but I'm not making lateral moves like this. This is very similar to trading Courtney Lee for C.J. Miles. Or Jason Collins for Andris Biedrins. Same medicine with slightly worse side-effects. This trade might be worth our while: http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=bf7d9rpand Boston's 2013 1st rounder.

I would do that, provided they amended Beasley's contract so Garnett is allowed to hit him.

I don't think they'd take Bass for Brewer (even though he's expiring). I do think they'd consider trading Chandler for Bass. I'd rather have Bargnani and Chandler than Green and Bass. But yes, if Denver and Toronto would do the deal above.... pinch me, I think I'm dreaming.

Nope -- too worried about the defensive and rebounding implications.
Not convinced this team is well-suited to having a player like Bargnani given their rebounding problems and how reliant the team defense has been on defensive quickness.
