This team has very little margin for error. It's amazing how bad they have looked when Paul Pierce isn't doing his job. Or when Bradley was out with injury.

Losing one key contributor shouldn't result in such a large drop-off but it has done all season long.

They are screwed because Danny Ainge and Doc Rivers chose to reload around Pierce KG and Rondo. The parts just do not fit. They are too small and too slow. It is a lack of talent and we are in cap hell.

you cannot blame him after we were within a quarter of the finals. however now we see that was the last hurrah which is why it hurt so much. oh well. i have accepted it. time to clean house and rebuild around the young guys.
LET'S GO CELTICS!

The lakers are smart, at least they are on their way to a lottery pick. We should do the same.
Too bad Phoenix has the pick instead of the Lakers.

I just cant believe the lack of effort after what Doc said this week. Few things here.

Im all for trading anyone not named Pierce, Garnett, Sully

I think Pierce will work through this slump. People on here are just over reacting.

Terry isnt working out, the JET is just awful.

Making the playoffs as a 7 or 8 seed and getting swept has no appeal to me. This team just doesn't get it and just doesn't fix issues. Terry, lee, green and bass have all been complete busts

Paul piece looks closer to being cooked with each game

Pierce is done

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my

Pierce is done

he's done because you have an inept coach( doc rivers) that burns him out night after night because he's too stubborn to make a change and/or he can't make a change because your backup sf(Jeff green) is a lost bum.   Right there are the two problems.  Doc and green.

I would like to see them get a shot against Miami. Even in the first round.

I would be pretty disappointed if they lost badly in the first round to a non-Miami team though. It would be hard to see the team lose (and lose badly) so early to a non-elite team. I can accept Miami thumping Boston. Not so much with the rest of the East.
