well that 6 game win streak is so far in the rear view mirror you can't really see it.

Need a guy who isn't afraid to get to the rim cause rondo is our only guy and he struggles with free throws and a rebounder.. maybe we can pull.of a lakers trade and get some talent.. idk i really don't want to blow it up but 20-20 is scary and we need to do something soon

complete DISGRACE. if some guys do not want to show up every night then SEND THEM PACKING. I DO NOT WANT THEM. I said if we lost to this crap city and crap team again i would explode. I honestly think i am too darn tired to do it after this long weekend. that 6 win streak was fools gold. changes are needed. we have people not showing up night in and night out. SHIP THEM OUT!
LET'S GO CELTICS!

Surprisingly I don't find this sentiment as comforting as I would have expected it to be earlier this season.

a .500 team tends to win half their games and lose half their games.  Feel the same about this team as I did in the offseason.  Still need to make a move.

Wow...that was quite the post-game press conference.

After watching that terrible Pats game, Doc gave me exactly what I needed.  He's clearly frustrated and showing it.  Good for him.

I agree with you that the team would need to change the roster to become truly competitive.

But WHAT move?  What trade are they going to make to suddenly become substantially better?

I think Danny did as many acrobatics as he could this off-season and he gave the team depth, and youth, and weapons.  But it hasn't come together, and the players at the top just aren't good enough.

So can Danny really squeeze any more water out of this rock?

I can't escape the notion that we're in for more mediocrity as long as we hang with this core.  Maybe that's okay, though.  Maybe we just want to see these old guys have their retirement tour and hold onto Rondo for the sake of keeping him in Celtics green.  Perhaps there simply aren't any decent trades out there anyway.

But I don't see any quick fixes for this.

Yeah, glad to hear those things from him, cause it's the truth... that's exactly what I was thinking watching this game, some guys need to go!! and unfortunately the Captain is one of them, he has sucked so bad I can't even describe it...

And he did finish...

DUMP Rondo while some teams still want him.   PG that can't shoot freethrow is worthless ,  turns the ball over like crazy and ,barely plays defense , and not much of a shooting threat....I wouldn't miss him and doubt the team would either...as LONG AS BRADLEY is there.

Too soon to say.  We're not going to see much trade talk until the deadline gets a little closer.  I don't think Bradley and Sully have a ton of trade value around the league, but maybe you can trick some team into giving up a disgruntled impact player for Bradley, Sully, multiple picks, Bass, Green, etc ... Don't know yet.  We'll see what happens.

It's interesting, because if you weren't watching the games you'd probably say that Courtney Lee has been completely outplaying Bradley since his return.

Another game in which a former Doc assistant beats his former boss resoundingly.  Franks and Thibideau have thumped the Celtics to so many double-digit losses these past two years that I feel embarrassed for Doc.
