I actually really like this one. There are reasons for each team to do it, and negatives that make it fair.

Pros for C's
- Legit big man
- High potential (albeit risky) combo forward
Cons for C's
- Exchange good-attitude Green for Beasley

Pros for Mem
- Jeff Green would be fantastic there
- Dudley would likely be effective off the bench
Cons for Mem
- Only get rid of about 2m in salary... this may be the deal breaker

Pros for Phx
- Finally get a star player in Gay
- Replace bad-attitude Beasley with Bass
Cons for Phx
- Lose an NBA-quality center

wait, memphis gets rid of more like $5.2M in salary, which is key to them doing any gay deal -- so good on ya.

but.... there's a problem: hollinger will never allow the grizz to trade for green.

I'm surprised at the amount of people who would take Beasley in a gortat deal to replace green.

And Green is better than Beasley right now.
