we are getting our butts handed to us by a scrub team why are we settling for jumpers??? anyone? i thought we were past this garbage?

To be fair, the Hornets have been playing very well lately, winning 5 of their last 6 against teams like San Antonio, Houston, and Minnesota.

No excuse for how lazy the Celtics are playing though.

Rondo lets his guy blow by him in order to try to get the steal.  Easy layup.  Garbage.  That is NOT how you get stops.  Lazy defense.

Austin Rivers is in, here is our chance. Btw, we are shooting 50% from the field and are down by 10  ???

The most demoralizing type of play in basketball....The offensive rebound

Just a bad game tonight if they can win this one it would be nice.

Where is Bradley? I really don't like Rondo on Vasquez.

Small ball. Doc's answer to any situation.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Sometimes I can't stand Rondo's idea of perimeter "defense." swiping at the ball as the man goes by you is counter-productive.

Anyway, this is as bad as the Celtics could possibly play and the game is still there if they want it. Thats a big if. Energy of the players is low, energy of the crowd is low, nothing good coming from this game.

so, the 'Bradley saved our Season' momentum is officially over tonight?

Bradley was a spark of lighting on defense. I think it also had a lot to do with Green, Lee and Sullinger finding their roles. I keep meaning to harp on this in the Bradley threads...

Pierce with another long range fadaway jumper against a guy who can't stay in front of him.

Stupid and lazy.
