That's what you do when your star is mentally weak and easy to rile up.

My question is " Is this Legal "? Will this be acceptable as evidence ? Without the consent of all parties involved?

Coming from a city that has waged war on the big gulp, this is no surprise.

See my posts on the first page.

The trash talker that got recorded would have to sign a release for the recordings to be used in any sort of complaint. In other words it's not going to happen.

how much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck was chris bosh?

hahaha this is sad.

Worry about winning basketball games.  Melo didn't play well and maybe he should worry about that.

I still don't think this Knicks team is for real and this makes me feel more certain.

They can use the recordings for their own reference but in order to submit anything to the league as a complaint they would have to get the offending trash talker to sign a waiver.

What's this based upon?  I know in general, New York is a "one party consent" law in terms of eavesdropping.  Is there something specific to the NBA you're referencing?

D. Cousins / F. Ezeli / P. Antic
D. West / R. Anderson / C. Copeland
L. Deng / V. Carter / D. Rudez
A. Iguodala / M. Ginobil / B. Gordon
K. Irving / S. Livingston / S. Blake
