If we wanted Jajaun Johnson, how long do we have to wait?

1 year??
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Until he learns how to play in the NBA? May be a long while though.

I prefer waiting it out as well. I think something has to be available around the trade deadline for us.

As of my current free agent wishlist:
1. Ben Wallace (Can he really be any worse than Collins at 10 minutes a game?) I think for one of our roster spots he'd be perfect. Yes we need youth. But we also need, size, smarts, rebounding, and defense. He could play a huge defensive role for us in the playoffs at 10 - 15 minutes of center play.
2. Birdman
3. Oden

Tradewise: (Realistic, without breaking the bank and trading the farm)
1. Dalembert
2. Diop

Players who are waived after being traded can't be signed by their old team until one year after the trade or after their contract would have expired.  So, the offseason.

This reminds me that Chris Johnson is available if you are interested in an ex-Celtic big named Johnson currently toiling in the D-League.

Given our dearth of shot blocking big men, I hope we sign Chris Anderson TODAY and then trade for Dalembart ASAP!!  Bass works if I am not mistaken.

Do both Danny!!:-))))
