Let me start by saying I love Rondo, he's one of my favorite players. But we've been playing great ball in 2013 so it's time to gut the team and get rid of arguably our best player.

I know statistically Rondo's one of the best players in the league and a lot of his contributions don't show up on the stat sheet, but sometimes he doesn't try as hard as he should. If KG can play hard every night, everyone should be able to. Rondo's not even top 10 in minutes per game and he's doggin it.

I'm confident we could get back someone worse, or a pair of players who haven't proven themselves but are big. A trade would force the rest of the team to step up and play better. If we can't get rid of Rondo, we should definitely trade Pierce. He's old and we could definitely get back lesser value.

I still believe Rondo is at his most consistent when Doc keeps his minutes down around 33-34 minutes per game. I'd love to see Doc reduce Rondo's minutes now that Bradley is back. Terry and Lee can handle the extra minutes off the bench.

I have really really been loving the rotation the last two games. Everyone has been getting just the right amount of minutes in my eyes and its really been working.
