If Dwight Howard agreed to a contract extension, would you trade Pierce and KG to the Lakers for Dwight and World Peace?

Remember, for the future this would mean a core of Rondo, Bradley, Sullinger, DH12, Green, World Peace and whatever free agent would then possibly find Boston a desirable place to play.....

Hypothetically speaking...not even if this trade wasn't with the Lakers AND Pierce and KG had medical issues that would guarantee them never playing again.

THAT's how much I never want Howard on the Celtics. I might actually rather have the rapist, I mean Kobe Bryant, on the C's before I would want Howard donning Celtic green.

My heart says no but my head says yes! Howard,Sully,Green,Bradley,Rondo is a championship upper echelon tyoe defense. Crazy World Peace,Terry,Lee is a veteran 2nd unit & Fab Melo as the * who might become a commodity you could flip in 2yrs. Young starting unit that can be around 6-7 yrs together with potential to add a future key cog in FA! Extends the window past the Heat's & makes us the #1 or #2 seed until 2020. Sign me up!

  • It's what I do! It's who I am!
Can we do the trade to get Howard, then ship him out of town for something else?  ;D
