Birdman to Heat? K-Mart to NY? Looks like those 2 rumors are about to come true. Just wondering how much they have left in the tank. They may be good for 15 minutes a game and could help both teams but not much

Both great additions to both teams. They would both be great additions to any team really. These signings can't do much harm to either squad. 10 - 15 minutes would be generous for them both, I dont think they will see too many minutes.

10-15 minutes cant do any harm. They bring toughness. Age and history of injuries may hurt them some but they wont play that many minutes and they will help those teams ugghh!!

Just rumors and speculation at this point.

Apparently, the Heat have asked Birdman to stay in Miami while they make up their mind regarding whether they're going to sign him.

I do hope the Pacers end up on the Heat's side of the bracket again this year. Fun to watch their games. It does look like they could use Birdman if he's got anything left.

I'm wondering if the Knicks think Sheed might to come back at all if they're looking at Kenyon.

Interesting. Also found this interesting in the article...

Meanwhile, former Heat draft pick Jarvis Varnado is expected to sign a 10-day contract with Miami at some point this week, according to a source.

Ditto the sentiment on having Birdman come here....assuming he's got something left in the tank, and given what he was doing last season, seems he does, he would seem perfect fit....a guy who gives energy at the 5 for rebounds and rim protection, and is a decent scorer from close range.   And we wouldn't give up any of our pieces....
