OKC should trade PJ3, Lamb, and Perk/Collison for him.

C'mon man.  That's just an awful proposal.

What if you add the 1st first round picks they have (theirs and Toronto's)?
2019 CStrong Historical Draft 2000s OKC Thunder.

SG: Paul George / Aaron McKie / Bradley Beal
SF: Paul Pierce / Tayshaun Prince / Brian Scalabrine

You need a quality player back if you are trading Cousins.

If you trade them cousins for that then you are making them better even, so you're screwing yoruself on the OKC 1st rounder too.

Not if you're including Toronto's lottery specific 1st round pick.

Yeah I get that but the point is it's not enough.

If you knew both the firsts would be in the beginning of the draft then maybe I can understand the appeal.

Yeah you would think there are a ton of better deals to be had. And "lotto pick" sounds alot better than what it will actually grab, especially this year

You're down on Nerlens Noel or Shabazz? Then you got guys like Zeller, Plumblee, McLamore, Michael Carter-Williams..

I think there is a lot of talent next year.

While there is talent, there are no sure fire stars.  There are a lot of raw, high upside guys, who could end up being busts.  So, its not the best draft to be banking your future on.

Yeah I agree with Chris.

If you could tell me you could get me two of the players you mentioned Indeed I could understand the trade.  But as I said OKC's pick just wouldn't be in the range.

I'd still need another player in there though.

How do you think this whole seattle story will impact on cousins trade. Until now kings owners denied any demarcus move... But now new owners, new plan?

I don't even know how Cousins would be for Thunder.

They seem to lack veteran leadership up and down and sending out the one guy (perk) who has it wont help.

Just seems like a disaster waiting to happen with Westbrook, Durant, Ibaka and Cousins.

It would be a boatload of talent so maybe they would get by just on that

My guess would be that they'd be less likely to give up on him so soon.  His agent would probably have to really force it.

A package of Perk/Collison Lamb (#12 Pick) PJ3(#28) Torontos 1st rounder (Probably top 10) and Okcs first rounder for Cousins and Salmons is a deal Kings wouldnt pass up. Espically for the new ownership. That is the best deal ive seen offered.

I agree.  That is a nice haul.  Although I could see them prefer to get a veteran rather than adding to their rebuilding, but they can always bring in a third team with that kind of package.  But I don't think OKC ever considers giving that much up for a guy like Cousins.

In fact, I would be surprised they would give up much at all for Cousins.  They are not a team that needs to shake things up at the moment, and take a risk on a guy like that.

Not really, just send Perk/Colli, Lamb, PJ3, Toronto's nice 1st pick, an OKC first pick (2017 maybe) and a two 2nd rounders for Cousins and *garbage* fillers. Thats pretty realistic and if u think thats not enuff, compare this to what Magic got for Diwght... ::)
