We might as well put Tyrion in at center.

Contracts are both 5 mil.

I say yeah. Hopefully Barbossa can step up and play a bigger role, though.

I think Denver say no. Andre Miller is a George Karl favourite and I think his PG play offers Denver more of what they need than a scorer like Terry does.

I would happily make that trade though if Denver was willing too.

How about trading for Javalee McGee. I think he will be great here. He's not getting much run on that team at all. They're way to stack with bigs

Terry and Bass for McGee. Is it worth it?

I am surprised they don't play McGee more minutes. He seems very productive each time I see Denver play.

On his per 36 stats, McGee is up around 20/10 and 4 blocks this season while shooting 58% from the field. Showing some real improvement offensively. And still McGee only plays 19 minutes per game. Very strange. It's not like Koufos is anything special. Or Mozgov.

I think George Karl is too tied to the idea of A.Miller + J.McGee together. He needs to get McGee more playing time. Get McGee functioning alongside Ty Lawson and Faried and Iggy and Gallo. Even if his defense hasn't improved, it's hard to imagine a player who is being that productive isn't worth more court time at the expense of Koufos and Mozgov.

I noticed the boxscore tonight, and Ty Lawson isn't starting anymore? What the what?

There are like 5 guys on Denver that Id love to acquire. Wilson Chandler, Mozgov, Koufos, McGee, the list goes on.

But I don't think we're selling what they're buying.

Wow, that is actually McGee's most used lineup. Only played 67 minutes though. They have gotten hammered in that time too. Outscored by 42 points in 67 minutes. I wonder what the reason is for that. Such a dramatically different performance than with Koufos. Small sample size probably plays a big role.

There is shocking little consistency in the lineups McGee is part of in Denver. He has around 630 minutes and that lineup is most used one with 67 minutes. Only three others with over 30 minutes. Most are in the teens. I don't like that.

According to nba.com, McGee and A.Miller have been on the floor together for 456 of McGee's 630 minutes (72%).

Front what I have read, George Karl thinks that McGee and Faried on the floor together is a defensive disaster because of a lack of fundamentals.  And Karl prefers to play Faried.

Thanks for the explanation. Good to know.
