Indiana is the second best defense in the NBA this could get ugly fast if we come out like we have been

15-18pts 4rebs, 1stl 2blks for Gerald Green tonight along with a signature dunk. While u guys hate the young man, I love that guy. Lol but he will have a good game tonight hopefully in a losing effort.

If Hibbert is forced to guard Garnett 15 feet from the basket, Indiana will have nowhere near the league's best defense. Hibbert's defensive range is too limited. Players like KG cause him a world of trouble.

Plus, George Hill is likely out injured (one of the best defensive PGs in the league) and will be replaced by DJ Augustin (one of the worst defensive PGs). Another large drop-off for Indiana's defense.

Probably more like middle of the pack defensively. Maybe even a bit below average. Considering the circumstances.

Now if Jason Collins continues to start ... then Indiana's defense will still be in high order. And it'll be Doc's fault. So let's see what Doc does. Don't screw over your own team again tonight. Please !

CSNNE pregame confirmed the move of Bass into the starting 5.

Indy Cornrows is reporting that Hill is expected to play tonight.

Same record as last year.  Time to step it up and turn this season around.  Bass starting instead of Collins is a good start.

I haven't lost faith just yet baby, let's do this.

well, it at least gives us, for the first time this season,  the exact same starting 5 that played so well for us last year

Oh well. It would've been nice for Rondo to have had DJ Augustin pretending to play defense on him. Something easy to help Rondo get back on track.

It does.

When I saw that this was the lineup I thought about the run last year, then randomly thought about that quote Doc had about the Rondo, Ray, Pierce, KG, Perk starting 5 never losing a playoff series.

Very happy to see Bass back in the starting lineup.

I would've liked Sully to have gotten a chance but I am not all that confident that it would have worked out anyway. Bass was always the guy that I feel comfortable with. That I trust. I am happy he is there.

Wonder if David West is pumped about his choice to pick the Pacers.
