I hear such and such a draft is a good one or a bad one. What was an average one? I'd be very curious. How would they decide that

I think it would be the draft year after what is considered a great draft. 2009 was a good draft (Many stars and depth) , 2010 was average (Decent draft, nothing to gawk at), 2011 was bad (Only considered to have one "franchise" player, Kyrie). 2012 was another good draft, and 2013 is looking to be solid, despite many saying it's weak. (Lots of Center prospects, if they all declare)
