Maybe a three team trade?

Bos:  Out-J.Green, A.Bradley, J.Sullinger Melo
      In-D.Cousins & J.Salmons

Sac:  Out-D.Cousins, T.Evans & J.Salmons
      In-A.Jefferson, J.Green & A.Bradley

Utah: Out-A.Jefferson
      In-T.Evans & Sullinger Melo

On second thought, maybe swap Melo for Sullinger, and add some picks going Sacramento's way.

I'd say, as long as Sac and Utah thought they had good chance to re-sign Jefferson and Evans (respectively), this could be a fair deal for all sides.

Bos gets Cousins, and only has to give up one of Sullinger/Bradley plus Melo.  You have to jump on this opportunity.

Sac gets a legit starting center in Jefferson, a promising young guard (Bradley) to replace Evans, and Green, a guy who might thrive (by his standards) with a greater role. They also get to jettison Salmons. That may be about as good as Sac could reasonably get for their situation.  All thre players are good guys by all accounts, and would provide a solid enviroment for young talent coming in or already there.

Utah gets Evans to give them some solid wing scoring, and Melo, a project center in case Kanter doesn't quite pan out.  It would give him competition at least.  Good return for the expiring Big Al.
