Looking forward to this.

Everybody criticises Terry's defense and raves about Lee's defense - IMHO both are unjustified.

So far Thompson (defended by Lee) has 4 points in 6 minutes, while Curry (defended by Terry) is scoreless in 6 minutes.

Let see if this trend continues.

Err... Lee is guarding Curry, and Terry is guarding Thompson.

Good effort so far. Nice to see the ball moving, versus sticking in one guy's hands for 15-18 seconds each possession.

Jarrett Jack has a terrific body. He really put in a lot of work building up his strength / bulk to take advantage of his frame.

It's very impressive how solid Jack looks next to a big small forward like Jeff Green when fighting for that offensive rebound.

I love big guards.

Anyone having the same +/- issue as me with espn.com? It's actually quite funny.

How many time do opposing players get free lanes to the hoop? Every night.

I've been saying this since last season. The paint is like a big free space for opposing teams.

When we play teams that can pass (Heat,Spurs, Warriors) it gets a bit ugly.

I give up. Some people will just never allow anything except that it is Doc's fault this team is average at best. Some basketball IQ makes it pretty clear the problem is not Doc.

KG had to be talked into returning this year and the minutes are in large part his idea. Doc is not mishandling the situation, he is working other people who need to step up. If he grinds KG all night and KG gets hurt (not an unlikely scenario at his age) then what? Doc is stupid for overworking KG. There is a reason Ainge says he would like no other coach but Doc - the man is a great coach and any of his players will tell you that. Look at the real problems, don't just blame the coach because you don't like what is happening on the court. Doc - and I admit this is just a guess - did not tell Pierce to throw up an airball three.

Have always been a big fan of Jarrett Jack, has always been underrated for me, and seems to relish even when given a smaller role than he warrants.

If Doc actually followed his own stupid 5x5 plan, KG should enter the game after this TV timeout.  He won't.  He'll probably sit for the rest of the first quarter.

First quarters are very important.  Elite teams outpoint their opposition by a lot over the full season.  Celtics are horrible in the first.  Not coincidentally, KG barely plays in it.

Sullinger on the post!!! I love it!!

I don't understand why this does not become a staple of the offense when he is on the court.

I agree, but isn't it ridiculous to sub a guy 270 seconds into a game? It just makes no sense. None at all.

Terry getting away with a travel. Oh wait, he turns the ball over anyway.

Fastbreak hoop for Golden State. I would have preferred the travel. At least they would have had to take it side out instead of getting that fastbreak hoop.
