is that he clobbered Ray Allen with a pick on Christmas Day.

Does anyone have a video of that play?

Sadly I missed most of the game due to hosting Christmas dinner and then heading out to a movie to unwind.

Enjoyed that very much too.

Also, gotta love the leadership he brings to that young team.

Link
Kendrick Perkins believes the Oklahoma City Thunder have to get over themselves one by one and recommit to the team.

“I just feel like — never overreacting to a loss — we just got to start getting back to who we are as individuals,” Perkins said after the Thunder's Christmas Day loss to the Miami Heat. “Turning off the TV and stop looking at articles on ourselves and start just losing ourselves in the team a little bit more than the sky's the limit.”

Sounds like he is spreading the Gospel he learned here. Gotta love him.

If maybe he hit him a little harder, they could have won the game, too.

I miss Perk, but would still do that trade every time.

Funny how the grass is always Green (er), especially when it comes to Perk, but his flaws are not appreciated by many Thunder folk:

Still miss his attitude and work ethic, though.

wished I had seen it.  love Perk.  If C's can't win the title this year, would like to see him win it there.

Saw it and , after they run into each other , Perk had that kind of look ...oh ..it was you. It looked like a bad foul to start but after I studied it , more accident than good defense.  Car wreck at an intersection between a bus and VW

TP for that. Great read
After a player leaves, Celtics fans tend to look at the positives of the player, and whipe the negatives off of they're memory

I saw that allegedly HARD foul.  What a joke!!  If you look at the foul deeply, you will see that Perk barely touched Ray in the back and Ray flopped and acted like Perk had separated his shoulder, wincing on the floor in supposed pain.  Then, Ray gets up and is about to stay in the game, but Spoestra, knowing how bad that would look with the new flopping rule, took him out.  Then, amazingly, Ray was put right back into the game.

Remember, that all of this occurred just about 1 minute after the same Ray Allen flopped in an alleged charging foul against Westbrook.

Ray should not be given a warning, but an immediate fine for these back-to-back flops.

so it IS possible that a new player (Ray) can immediately learn his new team's (Heat) defensive schemes (flopping) early in the season?    A pity the new players on the C's haven't picked up the defense that quickly.   ;)

I'm still in the camp that if we never traded perk we'd have number 18 already. Love green (again in the minority I'm guessing) but we lost a ton of ground, mainly on the defensive end,  loosing perk.

Agreed.

No matter what some Celtics fans have to tell themselves to feel better about it, we lost something with that trade that we haven't been able to get back since.

And yes I know Perk didn't play that season before his trade, we were doing great and Shaq was good for a few games. I know.
