Question, how is something a no-call when someone passes the ball before running through a defender? How does that change things at all? Running through a defender, with or without ball is illegal contact, right?
Those two fouls on Collins seemed kind of bad..

In those cases I'd say a no call or a defensive foul, same as if the player had the ball in his hands.
