Anyone know if this has ever happened, and if so, when the last time was?

No, they weren't.

I can't think of any combos other than the Prices and the Van Arsdales.

Just figure out if any of the sets played on the same team in the same year (this is obviously pre-Hansborough, pre-Morris, etc.  I think it is 5 years old.)

Edit:  I checked a few from below (not nearly all) and Al and Dick McGuire played on the Knicks together for 3 seasons.

Mike Bibby and Eddie House are brothers-in-law who played together for the Heat in 2011.

Kareem Rush played for Indiana in 2008, with Brandon Rush on the Pacers in 2009, so they almost made it.

Brothers Jamel Thomas and Sebastian Telfair, along with cousin Stephon Marbury all played for the Celtics in the 2000's, though never at the same time.

Another weird one, Doc Rivers and Patrick Ewing played together on the Knicks, and their sons played together at Georgetown, and Georgetown played St. Johns in Madison Square Garden, the Knicks home court, against another Knicks teammate son, Anthony Mason. Also Ewing was coached by John Thompson at Georgetown, while Ewing's son played for John Thompson's son at Georgetown.  Some serious connections going on there.

Not that this has to do with brothers, but I always found this connection interesting:

Kevin Willis was drafted by the Hawks on 6/19/84, and chose #42, a year-and-a-half later Josh Smith was born (12/5/85) and 19 years later when Smith was drafted by the Hawks also chose to wear #42. But when Kevin Willis, re-signed with the Hawks on 9/22/2004, they kindly gave him back his #42, due to the seniority he had, having first signed with the Hawks and wearing #42 before Josh Smith was even born, and also having an NBA career longer than Smith’s life.

And another side note of all that, Kevin Willis was traded to the Bucks in 2001 in a deal that included a 2004 draft pick that would end up becoming Josh Smith.

I just always found that interesting.
