The guy seems unhappy with his role with the bucks. While a lot of people keep talking about packaging multiple players and making a big spalsh, I think this team only needs a minor move and a defensive minded center who can rebound is just what they need.

If he gets bought out he will certainly have many bidders or if Boston could swap maybe Brandon Bass for Sam and Tobias Harris?

They have no need for Bass, they have something like 5 power forwards with Ersan Ilyasova, John Henson, Mbah a Moute, Drew Gooden, and Larry Sanders. There is no way they give us Tobias Harris in that deal either. Maybe Lee for Dalembert?

Yea I didn't really look at their depth chart until now. Bass would be redundant for them...I would be hesitant to swap lee for him just because I've always had a soft spot for lee and I hold out hope he'll figure things out.

But I think Sam is just what this team needs so I would absolutely consider it, he's number one on my celtics wishlist.

If Bradley comes back healthy (evaluated after 20 games played or so) I'd send out Lee for Sam in a heartbeat.  He's not the greatest but he's solid enough on D and rebounding to come off the bench for us and it wouldn't cost us a ton (theoretically) either

That's my point on wanting Sam so bad..I think he would provide us the most with us giving up the least. I don't think this team needs a major trade
