I'm happy for Sheed, I loved him against Dwight and the Fakers on those playoff series. Too bad him and KG took a lot of beating from Dwight just because the Celtics didn't sweep the Tragic. That, the Baby concussion and definitely the Perk injury were big factors on losing against the Fakers and Joey MVP Crawford.

Now, once he retired, we always had better options on paper, but they always were out due to injuries (Shaq, JO, even Krstic and Erden were injured, then Wilcox and JO again last year) or just bad luck (Darko). That could lead us to think Sheed would be an option, back in the day and even right now. But if he was in green he'd get more heat than Ray Allen around here.

He's doing fine in NY, good for them, and I wish him the best against the other 28 teams. Danny (hopefully) will find a better option around the All Star Weekend.
