its their state bird, so makes more sense than hornets. i woulda liked "brass" best though. i like when teams are named after something in their area. and if you really think about a lot of current team nicknames, they are far more absurd, we're just used to them.

I think Utah says no, they need at least a future first round pick back in that deal
