Sometimes i watch this guy and he just does some surreal stuff. He just does some straight up MAN stuff out there. Some of it is Dr Jish. Also Sullinger and Courtney Lee are big time keepers.

Green is like a video game if someone randomly puts the controller down and walks away. Leaving Green standing in the corner doing nothing from time to time.

I agree Sully is a keeper...Lee....meh

i can see green being a shawn kemp like player leading the team to the finals. without the off court issues.

Green has one good game and you are already comparing him with worthy and kemp?

he is played better than carl landry did last night. and the people who want to trade him for landry can admit that.

Green averages 7.7 points per game in 21.5 minutes shooting 40%
Yet you treat him like a god

i see plenty of people giving him props on the board. when he plays well he deserves praise just like the critism when the celtics play bad.

would still trade him for landry if landry made 8 mil a year. unlike green landry brings more than 3 rebounds per game when he scores 19 points.

This is what's both encouraging and maddening about Green.  He clearly has the ability to be an excellent NBA player, like a borderline All-Star type if he put it all together.  Legitimate third or fourth option on a contending team.  But he only seems to show it in brief bursts, then fades into the wallpaper for a week or two.

I'm hoping as Jeff gets comfortable those bursts will get more and more frequent, just like how Rondo has learned to be more consistent over the years.  But right now it's less about him being bad and more about him majorly underachieving on his potential.
