Delonte West definitely. A high level backup combo guard to below average but solid starting PG or SG. A multi-dimensional player can compete in all phases of the game.

Troy Murphy would be my second option but he would be way back from Delonte. Too weak defensively. Has struggled mightily since leaving Indiana too.

Then JJJ in third and then Harangody in fourth. Harangody would be closer to Troy Murphy than Murphy is to Delonte. Delonte West is far and away the best player here.

No one, not one of these guys could help us, they are all NBA trash.

West has been increasingly unstable and is oft injured.  We need help not antics or a hospital bill.

West.

Fits with KG, Rondo, Pierce.

Played with Terry last year.

As much as the Celtics need another big man, they need a big man that is an upgrade, not another end of the bench guy.

Im not sure if JJJ can be resigned this year because we traded him away. If he can be then I would take him back in a second length and athleticism isn't easy to find he would be worth another shot. My second pick would be Harangody, I think he would fit nice at the end of the bench as a rebounding 3pt shooting undersized 4.

Ill go with Murphy. Ive got no use for Delonte West. I just dont think he is a good basketball player. Especially whjen we tried to turn hhim into a point guard, what a nightmare.

none of these guys although I have nothing against them.  C's need a center if they're going to fill Darko's shoes.

Originally I thought this post would be about if any former players were waived in which case I'd take Perk, Steimsma, Semih in that order -- not that I expect any of them to be waived.
