Does doc even give them plays? It looks like hes just letting them wing it.  Hes as big of a disappointment as green.

Doc is a coach that has kept this team a contender every year since we got the big 3. If he is not playing green it's because green hasn't shown him anything worth playing not because Doc is misusing green's "all-star" skill set.

What has Green done to warrant playing time if he isn't helping the team in any way. You don't always need the ball or need to score to help your team win.

I was talking about Doc setting them up for plays, not greens playing time. I just compared them because they're both not doing their job and not doing anything to change it.

Doc has been hands off for few years now. He lets Rondo run the team for the most part. He interjects every now then.

Might be time for him to start calling plays again. Terry needs more touches.

Im leaning towards getting him out. I mean I love Doc, but to me it's all on him. Small ball, the players don't know their roles or vice versa. Not utilizing JET's playing style. NOT PLAYING THE FRACKING BIGS!
