Two things: 1) These are forums. Not a chat. Don't expect people to reply instantly. 2) I'm trying to help as best as I can. I tried logging in from work, but can't. I don't know why, but I can't. I can't help you with looking up the whole IP/banned users thing either, as I'm not a chat mod, but I did raise the issue with the crew through these forums. I don't know if we can help you before this game, but we're trying. Lastly, I'm very sorry the chat isn't working for you. I really am. |

I know its a ban issue. They day I was logged out of the chat automatically and couldn't log in, that same time, two other spam users came and were banned. If someone can ask the mod to look into #AllAbout18 ban, it will help a lot.

Here's the thing. There's only a handful of people running this site. All of these people, are volunteers. There's no pay involved. Some of us are on the other side of the world, and have to *work* during game-time. Some of us don't have the power to help you, as they don't have the power to remove bans in the chat.
In short: there's only two people that can help you, and those happen to be unavailable right now, whatever their reasons might be.
Now, the fact that you assume that we can help you instantly is a compliment to how this site functions. You seem to think we have plenty of resources at the beck and call of each of our users.
Unfortunately, it's not based on the simple truth that we can't help you right now.
I really do hope that you'll have the patience to wait this one out.
