6'11" shotblocker who was a former D-League Defensive Player of the Year.  Last seen being cut by the T-Wolves in pre-season.

I'd rather stand pat and wait until guys with non-guaranteed contracts start to get bought out (as long as there are no pressing needs due to injury), but a small roster move to add big man depth sounds better than dreaming of a guard like Mickael Pietrus or Delonte West or an unrealistic trade idea for Al Jefferson.

If Darko doesn't work out, send him to a team trying to tank for the lottery for a heavily-protected second round pick and sign a guy like CJ who you can easily cut if a veteran who becomes available in buyout season.
"The worst thing that ever happened in sports was sports radio, and the internet is sports radio on steroids with lower IQs.” -- Brian Burke, former Toronto Maple Leafs senior adviser, at the 2013 MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference
