Pierce is crashing the boards tonight. He's giving a great effort, just seems to be a step off on offense.

Good finish to the half. Need to get contributions from lee and or green to win

I'd like to keep Lee in with the starters (to check guys like Ellis), just give him less minutes overall.  The bench struggled offensively without Terry's ball-handling (Barbosa's not the kind of player you want as the sole ball-handler on the floor - so much more effective as a secondary attacker).

Starters: Rubio, Danny Green, Durant, Markieff Morris, Capela
Bench: Sessions, Shumpert, G. Green, T. Booker, Frye
Deep Bench: CJ Watson, H. Thompson, P. Zipser, Papagiannis, Mejri

Couple of Bass, Terry and Pierce buckets will be needed too.

Jason Terry couldn't  defend a chair

He shouldn't be guarding Monta Ellis in the first place.

What game are you watching? The rest of us are watching tonight's game, Cs vs Bucks.

Yeah, I'd prefer to keep Terry in his bench role - don't want him spending the bulk of his minutes matched up against a dangerous scorer.

That's what Lee is for.

I love the captain, but so far this season he is a step slow on everything

Pierce is leading the team in rebounds tonight with 7 at the half. I saw him go to the floor multiple times for loose balls, and hustle on defensive rotations. I don't know what game you are watching. I said he was a step off on offense, but he's hustling his butt off.

That, and if he's in the floor with Rondo, Rondo should be the one on Ellis.

I just don't get why Doc doesn't want to take advantage of things that were supposed to be advantages for this year's team—size, speed, and rim attackers. Instead, he's sticking with smallball and with a slow, trudging, jumpshooting offense.

You can't teach an old Doc new tricks. Smallball, smallball, smallball.
