Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Great to see Zlatan picked. I love big target man type strikers especially ones like Zlatan who are wonderfully skilled to boot.

Every time I catch some PSG highlights this year, Zlatan is doing something amazing. He is really doing a great job leading that team. They look dangerous in the Champions League.

BTW I loved the Neeskens pick. Another player that should have been picked earlier. You have a nice Dutch colony there.

Also, surprised that ACF didn't take another famous Danish player.

Thanks.  That pick was largely made for my seventeen year old nephew who loves Zlatan.  I've definitely become a fan myself.

Repeating it 56474650 times won't make it true  :)

Anyway, Rondo2287 disappeared on us, he still has 5 picks to make.

I like Bale but he still has some way to go to deserve a place in the all time draft IMO.

How did you get iker so late
Also crownsy, why did you pick bale. He's good, but I don't think he deserves to be in this company, he's 24 I think

I think Gareth Bale would make a really good attacking left back in this fantasy league. As a winger, I agree that Bale is out of his depth here. Not skillful / creative enough.

I really wanted to draft Steven Gerrard to be my team's right back. Always loved his powerful surging runs and crossing from there.

Fernando Redondo
I love Redondo. I was getting worried that he wasn't going to get picked. Redondo was my second choice holding midfielder behind Rijkaard.

Brilliant player. So skillful. Excellent deep lying playmaker. Great range of passing. Great tactically. Maintains shape and balance of his team superbly well. Very good dribbler who can past people. Can break down a defense.

I picked Bale for a couple reasons, and don't really think hes such a reach as a sub. keep in mind in this fantasy game he's coming on in like minute 75 with those amazing legs of his.

1) it's for fun, And I happen to be on the "gareth bale belongs in the discussion with the best current wingers" theme. and just FYI, Barcelona and Real Madrid agree with me and thier stacked already ;)

2) Since he can play LB as well, as some noted, we can use him to sub two positions, either getting long runs with his brilliant crossing ability out of the deep back or the attacking mid role.

3) He'll be training behind Ryan Giggs, a fellow welshman and should develop nicely behind his proffesed mentor.

anyway, working on my rate my team speil now, be up by the end of the afternoon.
