wish I had seen this thread earlier, I would have joined.
Then I could unleash my Football Manager created formation upon you!.....and see it not work in real life.

in football manager it works great with the defensive mid linking up the crazy attack. in real life i suspect teams would catch on to the gaping hole behind the pushed up midfield with one poor dude covering all of it 
What would I even call it? a 1-4-1-4?
Well Crownsy, We will have you in mind as First backup GM for sure, and some GMs were asking for Co GMs so keep around. Its always nice to have panelists in this games too |

Oh I'll be watching. will be interesting to see where guys go, espically modern era guys vs. the old greats.
