If we can do it sooner than monday that be great

yes me too .... I will try to start draft on tuesday tops
If its ok with everyone over wenesday
Wednesday works much better for me.

Also, we need to decide about what time which round will start.

Well The good thing is that you can pick whenever you want

I am thinking on starting the draft at 9.00 a.m. and run it through the day.
With half hour??  to one hour picking time??
what do you think??

9.00 a.m which time? we are all from different corners of the world  :)

Half hour will be enough IMO.

I am thinking of going some form of 4-5-1 or a 4-3-3.

I'll probably go with what I consider to be a classic 4-4-2.  Maybe a 3-5-2, but, Edgar, do I have to be more specific than that?

Can I announce a general formation like that, and then sort of slot guys in where I like them after they are drafted?

DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

wish I had seen this thread earlier, I would have joined.

Then I could unleash my Football Manager created formation upon you!.....and see it not work in real life.

I play:

ST:
AML:
AMR:
AMC:
AMC:
DM:
DL:
DR:
DC:
DC:

in football manager it works great with the defensive mid linking up the crazy attack. in real life i suspect teams would catch on to the gaping hole behind the pushed up midfield with one poor dude covering all of it  ;)

What would I even call it? a 1-4-1-4?
