Dwight looks winded. Incomplete efforts on defense last couple of possessions.
D'Antoni needs to give him a breather.

Bucks playing out of control but are still within striking distance, keep it within 6-8 and they got a shot w/ their shooters

This Kobe iso ball against Mbah a Moute while surrounded by a bunch of third string quality teammates is very ugly to watch.

Dwight Howard has been fantastic for LA tonight.
Howard is starting to look healthy and engaged. Doesn't hurt Gasol is out of his way (for) now. Lakers need to trade Gasol for a better fitting PF. Too bad for LA they owe Pau more money than any other team would be interested in taking on even if they are willing to part with decent talent. I've been thoroughly enjoying the Lakers troubles this season.

Milwaukee had the good fortune of playing the C's during the sand bagging part of the C's schedule.

Looking forward to the MIL-LA game. Lakers have had trouble with faster, athletic teams this season - and MIL fits the bill.
Lakers lose tonight, and then they have MIA coming to town on Thur. I'm cheering for MIA in that game.
If the Lakers lose tonight and Thur, they are in even more serious trouble than they are now.
For the sakes of the Eastern Conference standings, I'm gonna cheer for the Lakers in that game. Then again, it's a win/win situation for the Celtics regardless of the results!

Wow, LeBron James broke two milestones against the Warriors. He broke the 20,000 point barrier (youngest ever) but even more impressively the 5,000 assist barrier. That assist total is an incredible achievement for a non-PG.
Only 8 players, non-point guards, have gotten past that 5,000 assist threshold. A pair two guards with Michael Jordan (6th) and Clyde Drexler (2nd). Three small forwards with Pippen (1st), Havlicek (3rd) and Bird (4th). And three bigs with Kareem (5th, tops amongst bigs), K.Malone (7th) and Garnett (8th).
Scottie Pippen is the All-Time leader with 6,135 assists (just 10 more than Drexler and 21 ahead of Hondo, about 500 ahead of Bird in 4th) ... so think about it, LeBron should pass Pippen by sometime in the next two years (550-600 assists per year for LeBron) and become the All-Time leader in assists amongst non-point guards. That is an incredible achievement so early in one's career.
LeBron just turned 28 two-three weeks ago. LeBron is still only around the midway point in his career (if he can stay healthy).
And he is already past that 5,000 assist total. And looks set to become top man amongst non-PGs in two years. Incredible.

Nice. Early game between Knicks and Pistons. In London apparently.
Iman Shumpert is back for the Knicks after a long layoff. Copeland and Shumpert starting on the perimeter alongside Melo and Kidd. Tyson in the middle.

That Maxiell vs Copeland matchup looks problematic for Detroit. Maxiell can't cover Copeland out there on the perimeter. Detroit's team defense looks uncomfortable.
I think they should go small and matchup against New York.
Bring on Jerebko and go with three forwards (Singler, Prince and Jerebko) or go smaller again with Stuckey in the backcourt (against Shumpert) and have Singler defend Copeland.
