Reports that Ricky Rubio is expected to make his return on Saturday against Dallas.

It will be great to see Ricky get back. One of the most exciting players in the league.

Ah nice, Rubio didn't deserve that injury at all. See if they can work up a storm with him back in.

Hey guys, don't look now, but the Lakers are behind vs the Wiz :] (even with ref help)

Yeah, with 7:30 to go in the second Q :]

He's playing bad ball anyway.

Refs really disrespecting Wizards, I think.

PG: Deron Williams
SG: Joe Johnson
SF: Gerald Wallace
PF: Reggie Evans
C:  Andray Blatche

That is a pretty darn effective lineup for Brooklyn. I like their chemistry together.

Where does Stern get these guys, you don't do this regardless of circumstance.

I love Tayshaun Prince. It's a shame to see one of the best glue guys in the NBA wasting some of the best years of his career on a crappy lottery team.

I'd love to see Joe Dumars trade Prince to a title contender.

Brandon Knight looks a much improved and good defensive player.

I really hate watching Artest's offensive game these days.

His decision making and lack of movement is absolutely awful.

Double overtime now with the Pistons vs Nets. Neither team managing to pull ahead.

Pistons not taking opportunities to win this late in regulation and at the end of the first. Might come back to haunt them.

Greg Monroe is a really impressive passer off the dribble.

It's rare to see a big man so skilled at passing off a dribble drive.

Joe Johnson is such a lovely player. I love his size, scoring versatility, ball-handling and playmaking ability. He is such a well-rounded offensive threat. Such a difficult matchup at the two guard position with his excellent size.

There is no way Carl Landry or David Lee can cover DeMarcus Cousins in the paint. Golden State gotta get Ezeli back on the floor to stick on Cousins.

Harrison Barnes has played a lot better than I expected him too. Much more mature defensively (and rebounding wise) than I thought he'd. He is still learning how to score effectively but he does enough to keep the defense honest and not too much to hurt his team. Good player.

Ezeli is a really fine backup center. I was thinking earlier today who are the best candidates for the next high level backup turn quality starter (like Omer Asik or Marcin Gortat did) out of today's backup centers. Ezeli was the top name on my list. I really like his physical talent and mental disposition. In another year or two, if he puts the work in, Ezeli is going to be a really valuable player. Great pickup.

Carl Landry is way too small to defend Cousins.

Landry can't even contest the shot. Cousins just backs him down and it takes everything Landry has to fight for position and hold him off that by the team Cousins rises up it's already too late. Just shooting right over the top of him from 5 feet each time down.

But he's absolutely schooling him on the other end.
