Blatche has the ability to be a good player, but he was a headcase who needed to lose 20-30 pounds to be effective.

I suspect Ainge may have decided to stop going after the talented bigs with questionable work ethics along the lines of Patrick O'Bryant and Robert Swift, so was disinclined to try to sign Blatche.
I think Darko fits that description.

Oh dear, looks like the Lakers have made a mess of their big boy pants again. ;D

The Lakers going down is such a sight to see. Yes this team has problems, but at least they look like they're going in the right direction.
My family who are Laker fans are angry right now and it is so funny to see them like this.
Also Dwight led in assists for the team with 3.

D' Antoni sucks

don't know how anyone can defend him ever.

What has he done in his coaching career that is so magnificent.

try defending him, it will just be a sad defense

KG and Blatche has some history though, might have made Danny look elsewhere.

Knicks continue to kill it from deep.

it will slow down eventually though...they seem to be one of those teams who "live and die by the 3" offensively and right now they are HOT from deep.

I have a strong feeling the Knicks this year are just another version of the Orlando Magic from a couple years ago.  Look crazy good for stretches when the threes are dropping and the defense is working well.  But they don't scare me.

Let Melo have his and stop everybody else, defend the threes, and they'll fall apart.

I can't believe Ginobili is only playing 24.6 minutes a night.

The Spurs are not winning a title with Ginobili in such a minor role. He is too talented. It's a waste of a great player.

Larry Sanders = 7.6 rebounds and 3.0 blocks in only 23.7 minutes per game.

That is very impressive.

Just realized this, but congrats to Paul Pierce for becoming the 25th player to reach 23,000 points.

And don't look now, but he's starting to creep up on one Walter Ray Allen.

Come play-off time and he will be logging 30-plus minutes again.
