Utah making the lakers look mediocre...

Its beautiful.

Playing without a point guard in a point guard-oriented system and without Pau Gasol. Lakers ARE a mediocre team right now. It's a bit funny that they actually made 15 of 28 three point shot attempts.

In today's league, I don't think any team can really get by with a below average point guard.

You're 100% right. That said if you're giving up 120 points its gonna be tough whoever you have at the point guard spot.

Seriously cannot believe Danny didn't sign Blatche.

uh oh dont get some people started.

I'd be shocked if people didn't see this coming.

At least people that didn't want Blatche should admit that he is a good player and the only reason they didn't want him is cause somehow he would screw up the lockerroom and take down everything Doc, Danny, KG and Pierce have built

Blatche has the ability to be a good player, but he was a headcase who needed to lose 20-30 pounds to be effective.

I suspect Ainge may have decided to stop going after the talented bigs with questionable work ethics along the lines of Patrick O'Bryant and Robert Swift, so was disinclined to try to sign Blatche.

I have a feeling it had a lot more to do with Doc than Danny.

Danny never really seems to have an issue bringing in anyone.
