Question: Has any team in the NBA history made 16 three pointers and trailed by 26 points?
Answer: Yes. Knicks are just doing that right now.
I'm sure the Raptors teams from a few years ago did that all the time.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

in other news, the lakers lost again and in the highlights, Kobe walked off the court with 10seconds to go.

And they have yet to win on the road - despite having a rather favorable schedule.

They are looking like a hot mess right now. Pau complaining about getting more looks:

http://espn.go.com/los-angeles/nba/story/_/id/8667785/los-angeles-lakers-pau-gasol-wants-more-touches-post

So with Pau - there is NOW a pattern developing...first Mike Brown shies away from using him a lot, and now D'Antoni....maybe Pau Gasol IS declining. I just don't think he's declining THAT much, though - the guy is STILL a top 15 player, IMO.

And kobe going 7 for 23...there is a LOT going on with LA right now.

I wonder how long it could be before they are calling for D'Antoni's head?

To be fair - they don't have Nash back, yet. But I just don't see how even HE could've helped LA right now...Lillard and Collison abused the poor guy before he went down with his injury.

Oh, it can really be true :)
But at the very least, they were probably never 8-2 at any point (=

  • Everyone's excited for the new era.
Cavs absolutely crumble down the stretch vs. the Heat.  They were up 108-101 with 2 minutes left, but Ray went for 7 points in that stretch to win the game.

I hate Miami so much, but they are scary.  Double one of the Big 3, and Ray kills you with a trey.  It's like picking your poison against them.

Their D really sucks this year though with shard and Ray in the mix.

That said they are a killer offensive team.

DeMarcus Cousins with the filthiest poster of the year!  He absolutely destroyed Derrick Favors...........  and then he got tossed for arguing with the refs a couple plays later.

Man, if that guy could grow up, he'd be the best big in the league.

Worst decision ever to use a high pick on DMC for my fantasy team. The guy has the potential for massive games but he has missed 2 and a half games now just from being a bonehead.

It's not Pau declining. It's the personnel.

The Lakers can't put him in the post often enough with their new Big Four of Nash, Kobe, Pau and Dwight. There is only one basketball.

LA is never going to be able to get the best out of Pau with that group of players. He'll be operating at around 60% for most of this season.

Am I reading this correctly? The Thunder are up 76-25 over the Bobcats? 51 point lead?

Yikes, lol...OKC ought to be ashamed of themselves...they should be resting the starters, unless CHA came in there talking smack or something.
