Wow. Really digging the trade for the Thunder, but there are a few concerns:
Westbrook, Martin, Lamb, Maynor, Jackson, Sefolosha. Who starts with Russ, and are there enough minutes?
Is Durant going to get a reliable backup anytime soon? Lots of pressure on PJIII.
Looks like Thabeet, Orton, and Collison are the primary backup bigs now.
Overall, I expect OKC to dominate. Martin's deadly from the outside, and Lamb will be a solid guy to put next to Westbrook in the future.
Now, for Houston:
Lin and Harden is a nice backcourt. Really nice.
They should have tried to get OKC to take back one of their 7 PFs.
I wouldn't be too comfortable having my top three paid players as Lin, Harden, and Asik. Doesn't seem like a strong enough core.
Overall, it's a great move in the right direction for the Rockets.
It's sad to see that Thunder core break up. How are Westbrook and Durant going to react? We'll see.
