Is this guy ever going to be able to get in a groove or what?  There is a thread about people overrating Bradley but a lot of people expect Wilcox to contribute more than he probably will.

Become?  He has been injury prone his entire career.  But this team is deep enough to withstand that...hopefully.

If Wilcox can't go, that would likely put Darko in the rotation.

They could leave Darko in there as a 5-10mpg backup with Jeff Green getting extended minutes at backup PF and Sullinger picking up the remaining backup big man minutes.

Honestly, based on what I have seen so far (yeah yeah, short sample size, and all that)...I would give Darko more in the 15-20 minute range, and pretty much keep him on the court whenever KG isn't out there.  At least until he starts losing his concentration.

Agreed.

We really do need a legitimately big guy who can grab rebounds and protect the paint, and so far Darko has been infinitely better than Jason Collins.

If Wilcox is healthy and playing well then I'd split playing time at center between Wilcox and Darko, but right now I'd be giving Darko pretty much all the backup center minutes.

I really don't like Sullinger or Bass anywhere near that center position.

This missed training camp is a big blow for Wilcox. Really hurts his chances of claiming a rotation place. Looks like we'll be going big (Darko over Wilcox) with that second unit.

Great opportunity for Darko.

Has he looked any fitter in the preseason? I have't been able to catch more than a few highlights.

I haven't been watching any of the preseason games (for any team) so far. Waiting for the real games to begin.

A lot of the reports from others in the forum on Darko's play have been pretty positive.
