Christmas looking like trash out there..I'd rather have the Celtics sign Joseph, and save a roster spot for a potential pick-up later on.

4-6, 4 rebs, 1 TO, 9 minutes... I'll take it.

THis team wasn't much compo for the C's... but it was a good scrimage to get the different casts of players to work together in an  actual game.  I enjoyed seeing this preview what we brung to the NBA this season.

And what we're brung folks ..  "KICKS TAIL"

I'm saying it now... Sully got game... he should be starting with KG, PP, Rondo, and Lee/AB

With Bass and Green and Darko subing in for PP, Sully &KG

Hope Wilcox & AB can get well ....will really add to the fast break .!!!

When Darko gets his timing down on offense, look out! He was monster defensively. He also played really well last game. I hope he keeps this up throughout the season, i love what I'm seeing so far! He had good looks on offense today but his shot was off. He was very active on both ends. He set so many good screens/picks today I had to stop commenting on them (in chat) b/c they just kept coming! Looking good Darko/"Celtic"!!!!
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Darko is a beast! If he just brings the defense and physical presence he showed today, he more than makes up for not having Perk. I saw size toughness in the paint that we have been missing since Perk was traded.

First of all. I dont think you can find a guy who was more dissapointed when the Cs signed darko than this guy.

Second of all do not in any way say or suggest that darko is or has been a "monster" on any side of the ball.

Third of all, he looks better than I thought and the fact that he is left-handed is really gonna help him block alot of shots this year.

I still think hes a scrub though but he could turn out ok eventually.

You can say pretty much anything you want and so can I within rules!

Darko was a MONSTER on defense today!

Thank you.

I'm so excited for Darko.  Love the guy.  He's a man on a mission.  Prove 'em wrong, big guy.

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would

Yup...Darko has filled that "Perk" role we've been missing on the floor.

I'm lov 'n the JET , Sully. Green , Lee and Darko show.

These guys are gonna jell better everyday as team.

The big Celtic Steamroller is picking up speed.  ;)

I just watched the highlights of the game on nba.com...

I. Love. This. Team!!!

Anyone else?

Jeff Green looks healthy, Jason Terry is draining threes, Darko and Sully both look like huge improvements in our bigs rotation, Courtney Lee is a true athlete.

I can't wait to see this team in NBA action.

In the ORL-NOH game, one of the guys (I don't know their names) just said he thinks "Miami is going to blow by the East". Wasn't that what they said last year, too? And then they "blew by" us in seven games. The Heat love fest is getting old, really fast. Yes, Miami is the champion but they still have to win the games. I repeat: They still have to win the games. I hope we kick their sorry behinds on opening night. I really hope we take them behind the shed and kick them senseless.

I don't think the rest of the league realizes how deep, talented, and young but experienced the celtics are this year. I like it that way :)

Darko should not start; but can be a big factor. I think he needs to come in and prove he can be a game changer every game. That is the attitude that JET brings.

Best Stat:

Top 5 +/- was JET (+29), Darko, Green, Lee and Bass (+19)

Not a bad second unit (Bass or Sullinger, Bradley or Lee)

Lets see what they do with Darko and KG in at the same time or Green and Lee on LeBron and Wade. Chris Bosh will be a non-factor. Is a whole new ball game. Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis don't scare me.
