I like what I've seen from Darko

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my
blood would’ve been green.  -  Bill "Greatest of All Time" Russell

Bass or Sully playing center?
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Wow Pierce is a complete liability on defense. Jeff Green better step-up big time.

I can't stop saying it to myself, so I'll say it here: this team is deep. Everyone looks really good, despite the score.

Liking what I see from Fab Melo on the defensive end.

Me too. LOVE the rookies. I just tuned in so I haven't seen Kris and Dionte yet...psyched to watch them ball.

I am not watching the game, but I can tell you from years of watching Pierce that he has one of the quickest cruise control switches I have ever seen.  The chance of him giving more than a 60% effort, particularly on defense in any preseason game is incredibly slim.  I wouldn't read much into it.

Pierce looks like to be in best physical shape he has been in in awhile, clearly not putting in mid-season effort on the defensive end.

Just seeing all of the *new* faces in JET, Green (not new, but you get the point), Sullinger, Melo, Lee, Darko, among others makes me ridiculously ecstatic. I haven't been this excited for a season in years. GO CELTICS!

Their first preseason game on my birthday, I love it
Paul Pierce dunking and Rondo's jumpshot are the highlight of the game
