Neither. I bet that they mostly use this on the 'iconic floppers' and scrubs, not the stars. Shane Battier, Manu, Scola, those guys. Pierce will probably get one or two, but not more.

Yeah, exactly.  I don't think this is going to be able exagerating legitimate fouls (which is generally what Pierce and Lebron do), but the guys who try to make fouls out of thin air.
