Players below the line can be had for a 2nd rounder next year

The Rondo 2287's
Nate Robinson
Gary Neal
Manu Ginobili
Marco Belinelli
Luol Deng
Danilo Gallinari
Charlie Villanueva
Michael Beasley
Shaun Livingston
Andrew Bogut
Andrei Kirilenko
Jeff Green
Timofey Mozgov
Bradley Beal
Thomas Robinson
Austin Rivers

--------------
Greg Oden
Robin Lopez
Rudy Fernandez
Rashard Lewis

Nobody has given Rondo a second rounder for the Hornets starting center yet?  Lopez has to be worth a flyer, right?
I expect Jason Smith to be the starter but I'd agree a 2 for Robin would be fair

Actually after trading oden, I'm pulling Lopez back and moving Charlie V down in his place

Well. I guess to compare my team to the end of last year things evolved. In terms of how guys will play

Martell Webster became Jeremy Lamb
Reggie Williams became Gerald Green
Steve Novak became Donatas Montejunas
James Johnson became Anthony Davis
Tyler Hansbrough became Jonas Valanciunus
Lester Hudson became Kyle Singler

and the two Euros I stashed and couldn't use became open roster spots

But compared with how I started last season I guess you'd say

Lou Williams became Avery Bradley
Daniel Gibson became Charles Jenkins
Oj Mayo became Jeremy Lamb
Marco Belineli became Gerald Green
Nic Batum became Donatas
Michael Beasley became Anthony Davis
David Lee became Ersan Ilyasova
Tyler Hansbrough became Byron Mullens
Bismack Biyombo became Jonas Valanciunus
Al Thornton became Steamer
Ekpe Udoh became Jeremy Tyler
Richard Jefferson became Kyle SIngler
Reggie Jackson became Jimmer
Kwame Brown became a roster spot
The only guy still on my team is Linas Kleiza and I'm thankful that he looks a little more recovered from injury.
So the big question is what did Andrew Bynum become. I guess my answer would be a roster spot, three first rounders, and hopefully a high 2.

Not sure what will come of all this. I think my previous high in this league was 13th.

I can't say that your team will finish higher this year. Mostly b/c you replaced a number of vets with rookies and it's unclear how they will do initially.

However, you have really upgraded your roster IMO. I love your bigman lineup of, Ersan, Donatas, Davis, and Big V. You are set there for the next 10 years!

Gl this season.

That's pretty much how I feel. It's definitely a team set up for next year, or the end of this year at best. Fact is I had a lot of underperforming and aging assets. At the time I traded them nothing was doing well. There were some surprises. I was shocked Bynum didn't get hurt last year. Lou Williams stepped up his game. Nic Batum came out of nowhere. Ekpe started showing something and so did Bismack, but some of that was balanced out by unexpectedly good performances by younger guys like Ersan and Avery. So here I am.

I don't think you can just take Bynum out and do better. It's a two year deal. But I think I'll be better than I was at the end of last year...which isn't exactly saying much. When you're 3rd to last with a bunch of draft picks and 2 Euros you can't use there's no excuse not to improve. You'd have to try pretty hard to do worse

Hey everyone --- i've had quite a few offers for several of my 7 point guards.

I'm not ignoring you or unwilling to deal them --- my family moved this weekend (into a hotel for the next month instead of the house we bought... LOOONG story), so it might just take me a few days to get back to you.

A few of them -- esp. for Jrue Holiday and Ray Felton -- are a little low IMO, but I'm sure I'll be able to find a willing trade partner.

ubuntu y'all.
