Wow, player eligibility this year seem much more restricted than last year.

One thing I am noticing is that my waiver says 18 and Pitts says 1. I would have thought it would be the other way around actually

I thought it mirrored the nba more in that sense.
A little surprised that the waivers work backwards at the most crucial time of year than they work the whole rest of the year. Where is this constitution thing all the delegates signed so I can bookmark it and learn the rules and intricacies better?
