I wanted both Beal and Lillard, I thought my best strategy was to take beal #3 and hope Lillard dropped rather than the other way around.  But oh well, life goes on

Well, he was drafted #48 by the Knicks. On that alone, I think he should be considered draft eligible for our purposes, even if his NBA draft eligibility may have been gained from his pro-status in Greece, rather than via the declaration process other members of the 2012 draft class may have followed.
