One of the best things we can all easily do is to be an organ donor. Perhaps we won't be able to help Kurt, but maybe we could help another in his situation. Without donors, his life would have ended much earlier

Wow.  Thanks for sharing this Roy.  Sometimes in the everyday rush of responsibility I forget how beautiful and precious life can be.  Kurt's story is an inspiring reminder to be thankful for each day, take the challenges in stride, and enjoy the simple things.  R.I.P.

I have been in contact with Kurt's mother and she wanted me to post this article as well. I reached out to her because I wanted her to know that Kurt's story is one that has moved people from all around the globe. She's seen this thread and she and the family are very grateful. So thanks to Roy for posting and thanks to anyone who paid their respects.
