No.  No Nick Young.

What would be the alternative? If we're going to lose Allen, I'd rather get an asset in or two in return. We aren't going to find a better player than Young with the Bi-Annual Exception.

According to Sham Sports, the Clips do have his Bird rights.

Don't lose Allen.  The Celtics are already offering more money then anyone else.

Agreed 100%...if he really doesn't want to come back demand Bledsoe or a future 1st, otherwise just let him sign there outright

I'm with you, I'd rather have Allen, but what is the contingency plan? What if Allen's agent tells Ainge that he is going to sign with the Clippers and would be willing to do do a S&T to receive more money?

It would probably involve Ryan Gomes and his expiring contract.
